Kelly & Andrew’s wedding – Part 2

What can I say about this magical wedding – it was fabulous and I enjoyed every second of it. The preparations were fun with the perfect services of Gemma (www.aliceandgemma.com) for make up and Shambhala Hair design from Christchurch (www.shambhalahairdesign.co.nz). After the ceremony in the Catholic Church in Wanaka we flew up to Mt Burke – beautiful to catch the last sun rays! After that we went to the family property and enjoyed delicious catering by www.63b-caterers.co.nz in the beautifully decorated Marquee hired from www.wanakapartyhire.co.nz. And yes – the cake was from www.cakesofwanaka.co.nz - it looked YUMMIE! What a special day – Thank you for inviting me to be your photographer. I loved it!.

The Great Kiwi Beer Festival in Christchurch

It is always fun to do sth completely different in the busy wedding season – and The Great Kiwi Beer Festival in Christchurch was a lot of fun to capture in 1,5h the atmosphere of this event. It was on for the first time and I would say – not for the last time!

New World Wine & Food Festival in Christchurch

What a fabulous day out with lots of sunshine and great atmosphere. Thanks Callam and his team for booking me – I have to say that I really enjoyed the job. There were 50 wineries from all over the South Island and more than 30 food stalls with delicious treats (My favourite is SHE chocolate from Christchurch). The bands were rocking the place and my guess is that there were about 10.000 people enjoying a lazy Saturday afternoon in the middle of Christchurch in Hagley Park. Book this event already in for 2012 – I am sure it will be as great as the first one. Have a wonderful day!

kitchen window catering

When Anna from Kitchen window catering asked me if I could photograph the second part of her product range and some kitchen shots my only thought was “yummie”! It is one of these wonderful things in life when you get paid to photograph beautiful food and even offered afterwards to try it. Thank you Anna for creating these lovely and tasty treats – you have such a talent for cooking, baking and presenting your food.
